Privacy Policy

Account information: Your email address and name, provided when you register or sign in with Google, are used to identify your account.

Address notes: The notes you create — including street addresses, written notes, photo attachments, category, and expiry settings — are stored so you and your account can view and manage them.

Usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics (e.g., feature usage counts) to improve the app. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

The app requests access to your device's location to show your position on the map, center the map as you drive, and alert you when you are near a saved note.

• While Using the App: Location is used to follow your route and trigger proximity alerts for nearby saved notes.
• Location data is processed on your device to compute proximity. We do not continuously track or store your live route.

The app may request camera and photo library access only when you choose to attach photos to a note. Photos you attach are stored with that note and can be deleted at any time.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings — on iOS, under RouteAbout, then Location and Photos; on Android, under App permissions. Revoking location will disable map-follow and proximity alerts; the rest of the app remains usable.

• To display and sync your saved address notes across your sessions.
• To provide proximity alerts and map features based on your location.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To improve reliability and usability of the app.

Your notes and account data are stored on secure servers managed by our hosting provider. Access is restricted to authorized systems. Your notes are tied to your account; other users cannot see your notes.

Photos and notes you delete are removed from the app. Account deletion removes your account and its associated notes.

You can delete your account at any time. Once deletion is complete, the account can no longer be accessed and the data below is removed.

How to request deletion

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account in the Danger Zone section.
3. Confirm the prompt. Your account and notes are deleted immediately.
4. For a written deletion request, or if you can no longer access your account, contact Base44 support and include the email address registered to the account.

What is deleted

• Your account profile (name and email).
• All saved address notes, including written notes, categories, and expiry settings.
• Photo attachments linked to those notes.
• Saved preferences such as theme and subscription tier.

What may be kept and for how long

• Up to 30 days: routine backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently erased from all backup copies.
• Up to 90 days: aggregated, anonymous usage analytics (with no identifying information) may be retained for up to 90 days for product improvement.
• As required by law: limited transaction or security records may be kept where law or legal process requires it, only for the period required.

Deleting your account does not delete data stored on your device, such as cached map tiles or photos still saved in your camera roll — remove those from your device if desired.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help run the app (e.g., hosting, authentication, maps) under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

You can view, edit, and delete your notes at any time within the app. To delete your account and its data, follow the steps in the Account Deletion section above. For any other access or deletion request, contact Base44 support.

The app is intended for delivery professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
